I can't even begin to talk about this wonderful school!! The Lone Star Black Belt Academy definitely has a special place in my heart. Mr. Jackson and the other instructors all have such big hearts and are so patient! The students and family are all extremely supportive of each other, making it a nurturing environment. Mr. Jackson's vigorous training doesn't just stay on the mats; his training follow the students wherever they go, teaching them to become the leaders that he knows they are! I would recommend this school in a heart beat!

Lone Star Black Belt Academy is a Martial Arts 'Family Oriented' facility with AWESOME staff. They reinforce the values we teach our children in our home. My experience attending the Bully Awareness Workshop with our children gave us a better understanding how we should deal with bullies. We also enjoyed seeing them interact at the children's schools discussing this subject as well. Mr. Jackson is an eager teacher with great skills and encourages each child to do their best, work hard, and discipline themselves before someone else has to. Our children have great positive role models to look up to on a daily basis. Awesome job!

Our son, who has Autism, has had the ability to learn & participate at Lone star black belt academy like nowhere else. He has been attending this dojo since 2011. The personal & character growth we have seen in him, as a direct result of working with Sensei Jackson & his team, has been phenomenal. He has become more confident in himself and in the way he interacts with people. His balance & strength challenges have all improved greatly as well. We are treated like family by everyone here. I can't endorse this dojo enough.

LSBBA is an amazing place where kids from so many different diversity come together. Master Jackson, Jennifer and the leaders teach along side families; respect, discipline, the meaning of winning and the reasons for loss. He teaches that it’s okay to be different. That it’s not only about the love of karate it’s about a village raising kids, The Herd, teaching that everyone is someone. If you want to be part of a family this is the place to be. We have been going for almost 3 yrs, we have a 2 red/brown belt, camo belt, & little dragon orange.

I could go on for hours about this place but the bottom line is, get your kids enrolled here. It’s the best decision you will ever make. They have adult classes to so you can be involved more with understanding what your child does there. It’s amazing and life changing for many reasons. Go enroll!
